Local business video marketing for Anacortes WA Dentist

Up until recently, the principal mode of advertising for small hometown, or local businesses has been the print media; Yellow pages, local classified ads, and various home town listing services. Times have recently violently changed, as more and more people are using their home computers, laptops and now their cell phones and note pads to search online for a business or service that they need right now! Many of these people do not even have a traditional land line, and therefore, no phonebook and therefore no access to the yellow pages.
Now, if you are a dentist in the city of Anacortes, Washington, you need to first be listed in all of the available directory services, and, you seriously need a website and you need video on that website. Your website needs to be promoted by professionals so that when someone types in the keywords, "Anacortes, WA dentist", without the quotes, your web site is listed on p[age one of Google, Yahoo, Bing, AOL or whatever search engine was used to generate the search.
One thing is absolutely certain, if you are not found on page one of the relevant search engine, you will not be found by those seeking you by way of the internet. If you are a local business and you do have a website, try searching for keyword terms that others would use to find your business and see what happens. Remember, if you have your name in the business name and the website name, others do not know that and will not be searching for your name.
I urge all local business owners to took into optimizing their websites for Local Business Searches.
