How to acheive page one for a Burlington WA local business search

Anytime someone types in the phrase how do I find the best Cosmetic dentist near college way in Burlington Washington, that person really wants to find a local Burlington dentist near College way. Now, if you are a dentist who fulfills that general requirement, and, if your website, assuming that you have one, is optimized properly, that person may well become your patient.
Let's take a look at a couple of potential search terms, and their results. If a person searched for Burlington WA cosmetic dentist, there would be 156,000 pages having some or all of those words and only 6 pages which are competing for all of those words. That would be a good choice of words to optimize your dental website for. If you have other specialties, you should also consider some of them, I recommend no more than 4 in the title tag of your website. That way they are complimentary to multiple searches. Maybe it is teeth whitening? A search for Burlington WA teeth whitening produces only 13,500 competing pages with some or all of the words, and putting quotes around the phrase and searching again produces only 6 competing pages which have been optimized for that term!!
Going to the most competitive single word, Dentist, a search for Burlington WA Dentist, yields 267,000 competing pages with some or all of those words and 23,000 competing pages which have been optimized for all of those words. Now, the general rule is if the search term without quotes yields 300,000 or less pages, and the search with quotes is less than 30,000 pages, you will be able, over time to get this page to page one on Google.
What do I mean, over time? Getting to page one of Google require the promotional effort commensurate with the competition. it may take only a week of writing articles, blogging or making and publishing videos to promote your website to page one of Google for Burlington WA and either teeth whitening or cosmetic dentist because the competition is low, but for the term Burlington WA dentist, be prepared for a lot of work over time.
